Another Look: Defining Respect in Healthcare

Do you really know how your patients and co-workers define respect and how they want to be treated? This program will create an awareness about our own mindsets and biases toward others and demonstrate how to resolve situations caused by hidden differences.
This program is designed for healthcare professionals and trainers to conduct high-impact training in just 60 minutes; allowing staff to receive critical training and return to the floor quickly.
The program features the C.A.R.E. model:
- C - Consider before you act
- A - Accept differences in others
- R - Respect others' feelings
- E - Engage in the process
The
JCAHO accreditation process includes training requirements that must be met such as: team building, diversity and leadership.
