Our History:
CRM Learning was founded in 1971 as a subsidiary of Psychology Today magazine and was later owned by McGraw-Hill Publishing. In recent years, we have become privately owned. Throughout the course of our 35 year history, CRM has produced some of the industry's most beloved training programs, including The Abilene Paradox, Productivity and the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: The Pygmalion Effect Groupthink, and Speaking Effectively…To One or One Thousand.

Our Chief Executive:
Peter J. Jordan, President and CEO
Mr. Jordan has broad experience in the informational film industry, having produced films for the Walt Disney Company, Paramount Communications, The Public Broadcasting System and numerous others. He has been associated with CRM Learning for over 30 years in product development and senior executive positions. He previously led CRM's successful buyout from McGraw Hill in 1987. Over the past two decades, Mr. Jordan has personally created over one hundred CRM Programs. Many of these programs have gone on to win industry awards. He has served as executive producer, supervising producer and/or director of all of CRM's current best-selling titles. Mr. Jordan is also CEO of CRM's sister company, Versera Performance Consulting.
