If you are using a classroom-based approach to soft skills training, CRM Learning has DVD packages for all its titles; these packages include the video component on DVD, a Leader’s Guide with workshop facilitation ideas and—in many cases—a corresponding PowerPoint presentation and participant materials. If you prefer to receive the video on a flash drive, or stream the video to your class, those options are available.

▶ Self-paced Online Learning

Many organizations like to provide 24/7 online access to CRM Learning videos as part of their ongoing employee development or to provide mandated training on a specific topic. With CRM Learning, you can arrange online access to a single video title, our entire library or anything in between. Online access can be purchased on an “unlimited access” subscription basis, or a pay-per-view basis. You can opt to have employees access the content through our LMS, or receive a SCORM file which allows you to host the video(s) on your own system. An optional post-test and downloadable Certificate of Completion are provided with online streaming.

▶ Blended Learning
