Setup Process
- Call us and select the program(s) you want your employees to view. All CRM Produced and master distributed titles are available for internet viewing. Complete List
If you don't see a title you're looking for, contact us for more information. - Supply us with a training contact (the person employees can go to if they have questions about the content) and a technical contact (the person employees can go to if they are having technical difficulties). CRM will communicate with the training and technical contacts as necessary.
- Set the passing grade for your post-tests and let us know if you would like to add customized questions for your organization.
- For your employees' online viewing, we will setup a custom webpage that includes your logo. You will also have a special administrator's page that shows who has logged on for training and the test score of each viewer.
- You're ready to go! Employees view the program(s) on a password they set. Once they pass the post-test, they receive a printable certificate of completion.
