3 Ways to Deliver CRM Learning Videos Online
OPTION 1
You put the CRM Learning video(s) on your intranet or LMS.
You select the video(s) you need and pay upfront for a set number of "views" for a 1-year period. (Additional views can be added throughout the year if necessary.)
You pay a $100 set-up fee for each video file you receive to put on your system.
You agree to provide CRM Learning with a monthly usage report.
Note: Access to video(s) must be password-protected and your system must be "locked down" so that video files cannot be downloaded or copied; otherwise this option cannot be exercised.
OPTION 2
If you have an outside LMS vendor, your employees access the CRM Learning video(s) through that vendor's platform.
You select the video(s) you need and pay upfront for a set number of "views" for a 1-year period. (Additional views can be added throughout the year if necessary.)
You pay a $100 set-up fee for each video file you receive to put on your vendor's system. Or, you can arrange to have your LMS vendor access the video(s) off the CRM Learning server via a "pass thru link".
You agree to provide CRM Learning with a monthly usage report.
Note: Access to video(s) must be password-protected and the system must be "locked down" so that video files cannot be downloaded or copied; otherwise this option cannot be exercised.
OPTION 3
Your employees access the
video(s) through the CRM Learning video streaming platform.
You select the video(s) you need and pay upfront for a set number of "views." You have one year in which to use the views; additional views and titles can be added at any time.
Included in the cost per view, is access to an optional post-test and certificate of completion for each video. (You set the passing grade for your employees.)
You have full access to administrative reports that track who has viewed what videos, along with corresponding test scores.

Online Delivery options apply only to CRM Learning-produced and master-distributed titles. Pricing is based on number of employees
and titles, for a one- to five-year term (discounts apply the longer the term). Minimum order is $995.
Non-CRM Learning titles are subject to the online delivery policies of the producer and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
