This two-video set takes the dull, mandated and often uncomfortable topic of sexual harassment and presents it in a thoughtful, realistic and entertaining training program. The premise addressed is this: How does one resolve the dilemma of living in a sexually-charged society while being asked to work in a sexuality-free environment?
Let's Get Honest, a 15-minute video, delivers honest solutions to a variety of workplace issues ranging from flirting and dating to clueless behavior and predatory harassment. The video's three-step process promotes personal responsibility to help maintain a harassment-free workplace. For the individual, suggested filters are given that can be put in place with our own behavior.
He Said, She Said, an interactive workshop, contains seven scenarios that challenge employees' beliefs and perceptions regarding inappropriate behavior at work. As the stories unfold, employees explore the facts, read between the lines and hear from witnesses and experts. The interactive design allows trainers and/or learners to choose the style and pace that best meets their needs with pauses for discussion.
So... If you're looking for a complete package to use for sexual harassment prevention training, annual refresher training, new-hire orientation training, and a program that both managers and employees can attend together, this is the one to use.
