These e-learning programs bring a comprehensive learning experience to participants at the touch of a button. They combine CRM’s award winning video footage with interactive exercises that encourage participants to practice and apply what they learn.
Following a simple, straightforward set-up procedure (performed by an administrator), individual learners are able to access their course(s) through the CRM Learning website. To ensure skills transfer, courses also include downloadable coaching resources for those who manage or supervise the employees taking the training.
Our first offering is an e-learning course that expands on CRM Learning’s best-selling patient satisfaction program, It's a Dog's World, 2nd Edition. Featuring additional video examples, reinforcement exercises, games and activities, the follow-up course fully supports the behavioral skills taught in the Dog’s World video and classroom workshop.

Service From the Inside Out, an interactive customer service training course that enhances communication and service with both internal and external customers. This stand-alone course features dozens of video examples taken from popular CRM Learning programs.
