CRM Learning provides its customers with a long-term license that gives them the nonexclusive right to internal use of the program for training and educational purposes. Purchasers obtain no ownership of any intellectual property rights in the program.

This long-term license entitles you to unlimited non-theatrical use (to which no admission is charged) via optical projection, conventional video/DVD playback, or closed-circuit play within a single building, for the life of the videotape or DVD. All other uses of this program are prohibited unless special licensing agreements are made with CRM Learning.

All programs are protected by international and U.S. copyright laws. Purchasers may not rent, loan, advertise, alter, copy, transmit, recast or duplicate a CRM Learning program or accompanying print material - in whole or in part - without CRM Learning�s prior written permission.

CRM Learning warrants its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of shipment. No other warranty expressed or implied shall apply.

You may keep and use your rental for 5 days, starting the day you receive it. We ship most rentals via 2-day air. After the 5th day, you must ship the rental material back to us via traceable carrier.

Cancellations on confirmed rentals must be received 10 days prior to the scheduled show date in order not to incur full rental charges. If rentals are returned late (allowing for standard shipping time), you agree to pay a minimum of $95 per week after the due date. If rentals are not returned and you have not yet paid the rental fee, you agree to pay the full list price of the program(s). If the rental fee has already been paid, you agree to pay the full list price of the program(s) less the rental fee.

If you choose to purchase a program after renting it, you are eligible to apply the rental fee (once paid) to the purchase price of the program. In the case of CRM-produced programs, you have 60 days in which to apply your rental fee to a purchase of the program.

For non-CRM produced programs, this timeline can range from 30 days to 90 days�please call for details.

- CRM Learning ships most products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are processed the next available business day.

- All purchase and preview orders are sent via ground freight (except Alaska and Hawaii). You can expedite any shipment for an additional charge.

- Rentals are shipped via 2-day Air to arrive a few days before your scheduled training.

- On all orders that include an accurate email address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your package has shipped and the tracking number for your shipment.

If a shipment is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please call us immediately at 1-800-421-0833 for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be prominently displayed on the return package. You must report damaged or incorrect shipments to CRM Learning within 30 days.

Because CRM Learning offers free evaluations, no program returns are accepted unless damaged or incorrect.
