There are three different methods of delivery for the training materials available from CRM Learning:

1. Standard DVDs
2. Streaming video through CRM's Hosted Online Training System or through your organization's intranet, LMS or learning portal.
3. E-Learning

Each method of delivery has its own advantages, depending upon your particular needs.

DVD

Many organizations still purchase DVD’s because this delivery approach fits with their existing infrastructure and training methods. Companies that engage in classroom training or blended learning often find value in gathering employees together in a formal setting for a shared group viewing experience.

Online Viewing

CRM Learning offers 3 streaming video options.
Option 1: You put the CRM Learning video(s) on your intranet or LMS
Option 2: Your employees access CRM Learning video(s) through your LMS or Learning Portal but the video streams from the CRM Learning server.
Option 3: Your employees access the video(s)O through the CRM Learning video streaming platform.

E Learning
