About CRM Learning

"If you can't live it, you can't sell it"

While it sounds like an expression you might find in one of our programs, this quote is actually from one of our product specialists. It succinctly explains the climate we constantly strive to attain in our own hallways: the only way for us to help you raise the bar is for us to do so ourselves everyday.

Because our product specialists are trained with CRM Learning videos, they are intimately familiar with our library. That means:
  • They can help you customize a product mix to suit your particular needs.
  • They have a familiarity with the material that transcends superficial product knowledge.

Company History

CRM Learning was founded in 1971 as an extension of parent company Psychology Today. The company was later purchased by the McGraw-Hill publishing company. In recent years, the company has become privately owned.

Although the company has gone through ownership changes, we have experienced a comparatively small amount of turnover, which we credit to the fact that we truly live and breathe the principles that pervade our products. Many of our key employees have been with the company for 10 to 20 years, or more…and that starts at the top. Our Chief Executive Peter Jordan has been a part of the CRM team for over 30 years.

Leadership, of course, starts at the top. And it is through Jordan's experience and expertise that CRM has been able to achieve greatness in the field of off the shelf learning products. Jordan has produced films for the Walt Disney Company, Paramount Communications, The Public Broadcasting System and numerous others.

I Own It

Our mantra in the CRM Learning hallways boils down to three simple words:

"I Own It"

This mindset of ownership establishes "who" is responsible for "what" and is the way we hold ourselves and each other accountable. It keeps us focused on our commitments and the results we strive to achieve.

Accountability is a recurring theme in many of our materials, and it is something we weave into everything we do. From product development to customer service, it pervades every aspect of our operation and this is why we believe so strongly that we lead by example.
