The 16-page
Stress Profiler™ is designed to assess an individual's stress and give suggestions in 10 specific areas, such as: anger, change, time pressure, stress outlets, worrying, financial stress, and stress symptoms. There are 100 questions and it only takes 20 minutes to complete. The answers are simple to score and the instrument gives specific advice based on a person's own evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses.
The Stress Profiler™ also allows users to graph their results so they can see their overall scores at a glance.
