Participants will learn:
- the importance of drafting a plan where there is a demonstrated connection made between dollars spent and goals reached.
- specific management problems that could threaten their plan.
- to identify outside circumstances that could create roadblocks to reaching their goals.
- to clearly integrate all parts of the plan -- from mission statement, to goals and objectives, through an annual performance plan, right down to day-to-day activities.
