Harassment can take the form of jokes, negative stereotyping, hostile acts or simple thoughtless comments…but the outcome is ultimately the same. In addition to the costs associated with legal liability, harassment can have a profound negative effect on individual stress levels, employee morale and productivity.
In this program, a variety of realistic hospitality-based harassment scenarios (based on sex, age, race, disability, religion, and sexual orientation) are introduced by an on-camera host. The host adds additional content and insights to enhance the comprehension and retention of this critical information. Clips of 'person on the street' commentary make the content even more relevant to the audience.
