Father and Son
Run time: 5 Minutes
You've probably heard the story about the Father and Son who are on their way to a camping trip in the mountains when they're involved in a terrible car accident. The son is badly injured and airlifted to the hospital. The surgeon rushes into the ER, takes one look at the boy and exclaims, "Oh no, I can't operate on this boy, he's my son". How can this be?
If you don't know the answer, find out. If you do know the answer, you'll probably remember the first time you heard this story and how effective it was.

Father and Son can make a difference:
"It's not what you know that gets you in trouble, it's what you know that just ain't so. This discussion-starter video story shows how, if you are caught in fast past matching; that is, matching what is happening or what you see or hear to what you know from your past...there will be a heavy price to pay. You will miss having fresh eyes to see things anew. Your past assumptions will blind you to what was in front of you…all the time."
